The view from my rooftop. Taken with an infrared preset. I'm starting to think I should have purchased the iPhone simply for the better camera (I didn't need yet another phone when I bought the iPod as I have a Blackberry for a work phone).

Some Randoms for Starters

A couple of pictures of the cats.





The photographs were taken with a settings pack influenced by 1930's colour photography.






These are of Harrison. Same camera presets, and playing with naturally backlit subject without a flash.






The last pic was taken with a different pack. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the edge effect yet though.



This final pic was an accident. I was playing with the settings and after returning to the "take pic mode" this was in the frame...

iPod Fun

I love photography. Years ago when family and work did not take up all of my attention I would spend many hours playing with film.

With the digital age a purchase of a digital slr made things a little more convenient but with time scarce it was little fun.

Fast forward to today, and Apple, the AppStore and funky developers have put the fun straight back in without the need to invest hours that I don't have.


The iPod is no digital slr; far removed is this device to one. Unlike the slr though its typically charged and ready to go. Add a few clever apps and I can quickly create something I think is cool.

That brings me to this blog, where I'll post some creations now and then to share.
